Flowers: Dense, rounded trusses of 14-17 broadly campanulate flowers, 40mm long x 60mm wide, purplish crimson, with a few, dark, dorsal spots

Late May - June

Not scented

Foliage: Elepidote. Leaves are obovate, up to 125mm long x 50mm wide, dark dull green above, hairless below

Other information: Leaves may yellow in the sun. May be commercially available in the UK
